While Iby has garnered extensive experience in acute healthcare settings, particularly in emergency departments, her true passion lies in addressing the challenges faced by the less privileged and vulnerable populations. Recognizing the detrimental impact of poverty on the health and well-being of individuals, she has dedicated herself to advocating for equitable access to quality medical care. She holds a Master's Degree in Pharmacy (MPHAM) and has built a successful career as a pharmacist at Princess Alexander Hospital. From an early age, Nkemakolam has shared her mother's passion for helping others and has been an ardent supporter of the foundation's mission.
