At Nneoma Foundation, we are committed to transforming lives by addressing the critical healthcare needs of underserved communities in the rural villages of Eastern Nigeria.
Nneoma Foundation is a registered charity in England, dedicated to delivering life-changing medical interventions for minor illnesses and injuries to underserved communities in rural Eastern Nigeria. Our commitment to healthcare access and equity includes the following initiatives:
- Healthcare/Medical camps in Eastern Nigeria for medical check-up and medicine including online help from medical practitioners from all over the world
- Diagnosis of possible diseases
- Treatment of minor illnesses and injuries
- Basic medical training to local healthcare professionals and rural community
- Permanent Basic health unit in Eastern Nigeria to provide all the above facilities 24/7

Introducing Nneoma Foundation
The concept of Nneoma Foundation was conceived by Iby Odu, a dedicated healthcare professional who has been practicing in England since 2014.
Driven by a passion for improving healthcare access in her homeland, Iby has organized regular medical camps in Nigeria, either by volunteering her expertise in person or coordinating the efforts of medical personnel on her behalf. Notably, these camps have been self-funded, demonstrating Iby’s commitment to the cause.
Through these initiatives, Iby has provided essential medical care to countless individuals in rural Eastern Nigeria who lack the financial means to access healthcare services. Despite her efforts, the region still faces a pressing need for adequate healthcare facilities, particularly in remote towns where healthcare resources are limited or non-existent.
Nneoma Health for All aims to address this critical gap by targeting underserved communities and ensuring that essential healthcare services are available and accessible to all who require them. By working collaboratively with local partners and leveraging the expertise of healthcare professionals, we strive to make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of Eastern Nigeria’s rural populations.
Our Global Medical Team
Nneoma Foundation is proud to have a dedicated team of volunteer medical professionals from around the globe who provide invaluable support to our on-site medical camps. Through virtual video consultations and examinations, our online medical board offers expert guidance and assistance, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care during our healthcare initiatives. This collaborative approach enables us to leverage diverse expertise and expand our reach in providing essential medical services to underserved communities in Eastern Nigeria.
